The Dining Services Human Resources (DSHR) team is responsible for all human resources functions within Dining Services. DSHR is responsible for employment/staffing, classification, compensation review, benefits coordination, training, professional development, staff relations and conflict resolution, performance management (PRD), organizational planning, health and safety, and diversity initiatives. DSHR works in collaboration with University Human Resources (UHR) on these responsibilities.
