Policies and Information
Ordering Timeline
To ensure timely preparation, all orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to your event. A minimum order of $30.00 is required. Orders placed with less than 3 working days' notice will incur a late fee of $35. Once we receive your order, we will email a detailed invoice for your approval and payment. Please note that your order will not be finalized, nor production scheduled, until we have received your signed invoice and full payment.
For UMD departments, please verify the accuracy of your order on the emailed invoice. By placing your order, you authorize Goodies to charge your KFS account or departmental purchasing card.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a core value for us. We work to reduce our environmental footprint through local sourcing, composting, recycling, and donating to the student-led Food Recovery Network. Our disposable products are recyclable or compostable. We’re happy to collaborate with you to make your event even greener by offering vegetarian and vegan options, minimizing disposables, and highlighting seasonal or local ingredients. The university provides containers for composting and recycling around campus; refer to the campus map for locations.
Dietary Restrictions
Many of our menu items can be modified to meet dietary preferences or restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, or allergy-friendly options. While we make every effort to accommodate these needs, we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
Delivery Options
- Drop-Off Delivery: We’ll deliver your order 15–30 minutes before your event begins, giving you ample time to set up. A 10% delivery charge applies, with a $10 minimum and $100 maximum charge.
- Pick-Up: Alternatively, you can pick up your order from the Stamp Loading Dock, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will incur a charge.

- Fall Semester: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (minimum $350 order)
- Winter Term: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (minimum $350 order)
- Spring Semester: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (minimum $350 order)
- Summer Term: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (minimum $350 order)
Office Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Closed during campus holidays, inclement weather, and emergencies.
