Policies and Information
Placing your order
Unless noted, orders must be placed by 10:00 am for next day delivery or pickup. Payment due before event.
Delivery
Delivery is available only to locations on campus. Sunday deliveries to venus outside of the Stamp Student Union must exceed $200.00. Outside normal business hours, a labor charge could be incurred.
Cancellation
Cancellation with less than two business days notice will incur a charge for all perishable foods. Cancellation on the day of the event will incur a charge of full price.
Sustainability
We prioritize sustainability through local sourcing, composting, recycling, and partnering with the student-led Food Recovery Network. Our disposable products are eco-friendly, and we’re eager to work with you to make your event greener, whether by offering vegetarian or vegan menu options, reducing disposables, or using seasonal and local ingredients. Composting and recycling bins are available across campus—consult the campus map for their locations.
Dietary Restrictions
Menus are set by the national brands and we are not able to change offerings or ingredients. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions for people in your group and we can suggest possible alternatives.
