Dining Services Human Resources & Directory
The Dining Services Human Resources (DSHR) team is responsible for all human resources functions within Dining Services. DSHR is responsible for employment/staffing, classification, compensation review, benefits coordination, training, professional development, staff relations and conflict resolution, performance management (PRD), organizational planning, health and safety, and diversity initiatives.
DS Staff Connect
We are a workforce of more than 2,00 employees who are proud to make dishes from cultures all around the world. We keep the dining halls running, STAMP well stocked and staffed, and provide catering for student events, games, and meetings. We serve over 11,000 on campus students from dawn till after dark in the residence halls and accommodate thousands of students whether that be by serving them coffee on their way to class or providing a three course meal at a conference.
